Do I need to register an account to make a purchase?

Absolutely not! Feel free to make your purchase as a ‘guest’ so no account will be created. The benefits of being a registered customer however will provide you with an easier and quicker checkout process by remembering your details. To register, simply click on Create Account, enter an username, e-mail address and password to start reaping the benefits.

 


 

How can I make my online order?

It’s very easy to make a purchase. Just follow the easy steps below:

  • Enter our Shop and locate the items via our categories or search bar.
  • Add your awesome items to your shopping cart after selecting the correct quantity, colour and size (if applicable).
  • If you have added your items to your Wishlist and now want to purchase, simply click Wishlist and add your desired items to your shopping cart.
  • Should you be a Colour Raven virgin, follow the prompts and complete your details, or if you are already a Colour Raven junkie, simply sign-in to your account.
  • Next, select a payment method and make your payment to complete your purchase. An email will then be sent to you confirming your order details and we will keep you updated of the progress of your order.

Are my credit card details secure?

As a Colour Raven customer, we take your privacy and security seriously and this is why your online and credit card details are transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL), encryption technology. Check your browser to ensure that there is an icon or message confirming that you are in a secure space.

 


I’m having trouble placing my order – what should I do?

We are here to make your Colour Raven experience as pleasant as possible. Should you be experiencing any difficulties placing an order, please advise us via email enquiry@colourraven.com.

 


Do you have clothing size charts?

Yes of course! Size charts can be located beneath the product image in our ‘Description’ tab.


 

Is there any chance I could cancel my order?

If you are speedy, orders can be cancelled within 45 minutes of placement. Generally though, it is not possible for us to cancel because of our speedy service. Send us an email at enquiry@colourraven.com as soon as possible and we will sort it out.


 

How are deliveries processed?

Colour Raven’s products may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier/shipping companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option.


 

Do I qualify for free shipping?

All Colour Raven customers qualify for free shipping when they provide a physical mailing address and not a Post Office Box.

 


 

Are you able to deliver internationally?

Yes, Colour Raven spreads its delivery wings worldwide.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been despatched, we will send you an email containing a tracking number enabling you to monitor the progress of your delivery via the  delivery company.


What happens to damage or lost orders?

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier/shipping company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Colour Raven.

How do you handle returns and refunds?

Colour Raven handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us via enquiry@colourraven.com within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the items purchased. Unworn, unused items in their original packaging with your proof of purchase will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Colour Raven.

Yes, we would love for you to write a review. Simply locate the product you purchased in our Shop and click on the Reviews tab where you can write a review and submit a star rating out of 5 for that product.
