What payment methods does Colour Raven accept?

Please make your payment by checking out using your PayPal or Venmo accounts.

Colour Raven customers can click Continue with PayPal to log into your PayPal account and complete the purchase. Customers on mobile devices will also see the option to check out with Venmo.

I’m having trouble placing my order - what should I do?

We are here to make your Colour Raven experience as pleasant as possible. Should you encounter any difficulties placing an order, please advise us via email enquiry@colourraven.com.

Do you have clothing size charts?

Yes of course! Size charts can be located beneath the product description.

Is there any chance I could cancel my order?

If you are speedy, orders can be cancelled within 45-minutes of placement. Generally though, it is not possible for us to cancel because of our fast service. Send us an email at enquiry@colourraven.com as soon as possible and we will sort it out.

How are deliveries processed?

Colour Raven’s products may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier/shipping companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14-days, depending on the delivery option.

Are you able to deliver internationally?

Yes, Colour Raven spreads its delivery wings worldwide.

What happens to damaged or lost orders?

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier/shipping company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Colour Raven.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been despatched, we will send you an email containing a tracking number enabling you to monitor the progress of your delivery via the delivery company.

Colour Raven handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us via enquiry@colourraven.com within 14-days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the items purchased. Unworn, unused items in their original packaging with your proof of purchase will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Colour Raven.
